Tim Jordan is a native Floridian who occupied his earlier career farming in central Florida. Marsha's grandfather Oliver (Zeke) Spears was an area farmer who in the 1930's and 40's peddled his produce to all of his friends and neighbors by horse and wagon, he also had a great love for this beautiful area in North Florida as did his father who also lived off this rich Wakulla County soil. That same "Old Fashioned " work ethic seems to have been passed down from generation to generation. Marsha is working on her 15th year at Ochlockonee Bay Realty and is a perennial multi-million dollar producer and will go to great lengths to help her customers attain their real estate needs. Robert is a Wakulla County native, whose Great Grandfather settled in the Sopchoppy area in the 1850"s. Most of the original farm has been passed down from generation to generation, and Robert says he feels privileged to own and operate a Purebred Cattle Ranch today on a part of that same land. It is Robert's belief that land should be used in a productive and sustainable way and then passed to the next owner in better condition then when it was received. A deep and abiding respect for the land was a major factor in Robert's decision to enter the real estate business in the mid 1960's. Bill Turner was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He attended Pensacola Junior College for two years, majoring in "Business Administration." He also volunteered for the U.S. Army in 1970 and spent a year Korea as a military policeman. Upon returning to Pensacola, he worked in banking and then as an Assistant Manager in the old W.T. Grant Department Store chain (The Walmart of it's day). When the company went out of business, Bill moved on to work for the State of Florida as a State Trooper where he recently completed 31 years and is set to retire in August of 2006. Bill returned to the Army Reserve in 1978 serving as a military policeman in charge of handling enemy prisoners of war and served in Saudi Arabia as part of Desert Shield/ Desert Storm assisting in the transfer of enemy prisoners |
of war. Bill retired from the U.S.A.R. in 1998. He has lived in the "Big Bend" area since 1977 and has been a local resident of Crawfordville for the past 8 years. He currently serves as the Co-chair for the "Wakulla County Community Traffic Safety Team" and occasionaly writes safety related articles for the Wakulla News. Fran Pybus received her Bachelors Degree from Florida State University and her Masters Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She spent several years working in the public school system in Tampa before relocating to Thomasville, Georgia with her husband, JB Pybus. It was there she discovered her love for real estate while spending weekends visiting open houses and looking for investment property.
This attention to real estate provided an avenue to move to the coast of Florida where she decided to put her interest to good use by becoming a real estate Coastal Sales Specialist.

Nancy is a native of Florida, born near the town of Chattahoochee in April of 1956. Nancy has five sisters and one brother. She attended Chattahoochee Elementary School until the 3rd grade. Her family then moved to Greensboro where she finished school and married and had a family. Nancy and her family moved several times but finally located in Tallahassee, FL. Nancy's employment background were with several private companies. She also worked for the State of Florida and the City of Tallahassee. She later owned her own business and attended Lively and Tallahassee Community College. Preston is a native of Wakulla County, born in the Ivan Community in 1942. He is from two of the local families of Wakulla County. The Aaron Strickland family and the Purvis Green family. His father was Mr. J.M. Strickland and his mother was Bernice L. Green, all from the old Ivan Community. His family moved to South Florida in the 1950's and to Central Florida in the 1960's. In the mid 1970's, Preston got to thinking about Wakulla County and moved back in 1976. He started working for the City of Tallahassee in the Water Utilities Department. He went from the bottom to the top and became the Division Manager before retiring with 27 years of service. Preston has been retired for 2 and a 1/2 years. Preston is married to the love of his life, the former Nancy Edwards of Gadsden County. They have four grown children: John |

Bobby Shepherd grew up in Coral Gables, in Florida and Columbus Georgia.
